Fortune Arterial

As the title suggests, this time we'll review about Fortune Arterial, the anime (Akai Yakusoku) and not the game since the game was already too old (almost 3 years).

Fortune Arterial revolves around Hasekura Kouhei, a 'migratory' student, as a result of his parents' work. This time, he went back to Tamatsu Island as a transfer student to Shuchikan Gakuin. There, he swore to change himself from being just a 'normal student', and tried to become proactive. In Shuchikan Gakuin, he was reunited with his childhood friend, made some new friends, and also, accidentally knew a secret that really made him change from a 'normal student'.

Overall, here's my review of the anime (may contain spoilers about the game version) :
+ A good plot twist, from being around the game's True End path to a brand-new path.
+ Some (or maybe, all except Kouhei's) of the character's Voice Actor/Actress were the same with the game's VA (Although some of them used pseudo-name in the game).
+ Still retained a 'part' of the game - Akai Yakusoku's insert song.
- An open-ended ending. Personally, I didn't like it.
- Didn't explain how the vampires created, and some important points (about Kaya and her past).
- How can it be related to 'Akai Yakusoku'...? (Red Promise)
* In the game, Erika's path, Kouhei became her servant, and that could explain the 'red promise'. And this...?

Well, if I have to rate it, I'll give it B- or B... I'll just hope the OAD will be better.

Personal Opinion :
Why there's no Kaya path or something like that...?
At least, the anime didn't provide 'happy end' for her...
